It all started when our founder, devin prijten, decided to turn his battle with social anxiety into a victory. Back in 2015, devin took his triumphs spun them into this awesome service that’s all about pushing past your limiting patterns. Fast forward to today, and we’ve helped over a thousand men step into their natural confidence.

Confidence coaching is a personalized service designed to help individuals boost their self-esteem and self-assurance. Through one-on-one sessions, we work together to identify your strengths, overcome personal obstacles, and develop strategies to enhance your overall confidence in various aspects of life, including personal relationships, professional environments, and social settings.

Anyone looking to improve their self-confidence can benefit from these services. Whether you are dealing with shyness, social anxiety, performance issues at work, or simply want to feel more assertive, confidence coaching can provide you with the tools and support you need to succeed.

Sessions can be conducted either in person, over the phone, or via video conferencing, depending on your location and preference. Each session typically lasts between 45 to 60 minutes and is tailored to address your specific goals and challenges.

The number of sessions varies depending on your individual goals and the complexity of the issues you wish to address. During our initial consultation, we will discuss your expectations and create a personalized coaching plan. Most clients see significant improvements within 1 to 3 sessions.

In your first session, we will discuss your challenges and goals. This is a chance for you to express what areas of your life you feel need improvement and for us to start building a rapport. You’ll leave the session with a clearer understanding of the path forward and some initial strategies to start improving your confidence.

While confidence coaching can be therapeutic, it is not therapy. Coaching focuses on setting goals and developing strategies to achieve those goals. Unlike therapy, which often explores the psychological roots of issues, coaching is action-oriented and future-focused.

Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
